Trajectories are initiated at [HO..CH3..F]- Central Barrier by sampling their 300 k Boltzman distribution. The intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) and RRKM theory predict the CH3OH....F - intermediate should be formed. 90% of the trajectories are direct and do not form the intermediate. The remaining react by first forming the intermediate.
